VBSOFT aims to triple turnover to Rs 7 crore

The city based information technology firm VBSOFT (India) Ltd is targeting a turnover of Rs seven crore at the end of the current fiscal year. The Rs two crore company also said it expects 70 percent of the revenues from its software exports and solution assignment in the US and Thailand where its projects are in progress.

The company has launched CNG.Net, an automated CNG gas station management system. The automated gas filling and dispensing system, which includes automated billing and authentication, was developed at a cost of Rs 15 lakh for the Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) for its upcoming CNG project. The CNG project was inaugurated at Hazira on Sunday.

“CNG.Net is a solution designed focusing specifically on the ease of Customers. The application automates the entire process – from customer bringing in a vehicle to refill till the billing process – and the all these take just a few minutes,” said company director (technical) Vivek Ogra.

The automated touch panel, designed to work with the CNG dispenser, is a fully functional touch screen system with a smart card reader, on-line payment processing and online bill printing mechanism.
