Intas Pharma to launch VB Soft’s CRM Application

Ahmedabad based Intas Pharmaceutical Company will be launching unique wireless communication system in the second half of November for better customer relationship management.

The application, conceived by VBSOFT India (P) Ltd, a Gujarat based software company, will help Intas to reach faster and in an economic way to reach over 4000 medical practitioners across the country, related organizations, besides its staff including a large number of field force.

The basic concept of implementing such an application would be to have a user friendly interface available to all the personnel of the organization from which they will be able to communicate with all the people they are working with and be in touch with them at all times.

The principal features that will be available to the users would be, scheduling, instant messaging, flexible addressing capabilities, acknowledgements, log keeping, reporting module and mass mailing. “The application will serve as a useful tool that can be used for intimating doctors about products of Intas, new launches, sending reminders for payment or services to organizations and also a major role it will play of communicating with medical representatives on the field,” said Vivek Ogra, Director of VBSOFT, which conceived the application. Following the launch of the application, Intas will benefit in acquiring faster information access, gain from drastic cost reduction, information access irrespective of geographical location, create a brand image of the company as well.

“This is an innovative way for CRM and now-a-days as most of the targeted audience of big companies like, Intas are connected with mobile phones, even if one does not have an access to a computer, he can always receive important messages released by the company time to time,” added Ogra.
